Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your MATE essentials, but if something isn't right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached to ensure a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then securely pack your items in the original mailer or a sustainable box of your choice.

• 4.
  Drop It Off

  Attach the shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your return is processed.
